Clone Manager File Viewer

If you are using a Windows-based handheld device (pocket PC or PDA), you might want to try the mobile Clone Manager file viewer. This free utility program will let you view your molecule files or primer collection files when you're not close to your desktop computer.

data treesequence view

For molecule files, the data tree view shows the molecule descriptive information and a list of features and enzyme and primer sites. The sequence view shows plain, annotated, or translated sequence data. You can also export molecule data in GenBank format or export primer sequences to share with a colleague at a meeting or during a visit.

The Clone Manager File Viewer for Windows Mobile Devices, version 1.0, can be used on pocket PC's or PDA's running Windows Mobile ver 5, Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2002 or Windows CE 3.0. A stylus is required for option selection.
